1. What we collect
- Emails you send us: your address and message, used only to reply.
- Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and performance.
We do not run accounts, take payments or collect ID documents. Gaming accounts are handled by the operator, not by us.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as your IP address, device and browser details, and pages visited. You can learn how Google uses this data in Google's partner sites policy, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. The Site does not set advertising cookies.
3. How we use data
To reply to messages, keep the Site secure, and understand which guides are useful. We never sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Only with service providers needed to run the Site (such as hosting), or when required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data under laws such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (see the National Privacy Commission) or Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. Email jercruz@gamezone.my to make a request.
6. Retention
Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months.
7. Minors
The Site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
